Silhouettes

The sky this morning, pretty in pink.

Sometimes, when I've been up late blogging and Mr Life has gone to bed, I can't find Sirius to put him to bed in the kitchen.
Can you see him at all?
Oh yes.
There he is. Holding paws.
The car's whiny noise has changed to a sort of low moan, with just a touch of death rattle. I'm hoping that it's just being a bit melodramatic. Sort of car-flu.

  1. I wouldn't have dared to do that with our cat, he'd have had my hand off.

  4. Sirius is saying "Please don't banish me to the kitchen. I want to stay here and snuggle with yoooouuuuu!" Good Luck with the car!

  5. Our kitties would be highly offended if they had to sleep in the kitchen. Fat and fuzzy sleeps behind my knees, and sleek and shiny sleeps in a little kitty bed on a chair next to my husband's side of the bed. The whole family sleeps together! And if we stay up too late, sleek and shiny gets impatient, sighs, and goes to his little bed ahead of us, rolling his eyes as if to say "don't wake me up when you come dragging in here in the middle of the night!"

  6. Our Sirius also likes to get under the duvet - often with us when we are asleep!

  8. Do tell, is Mr. Life a feline fan? My husband often denies he is but I have caught him with the cat snuggled in his lap on more than one occasion - i.e. daily. Still he doth protest. Bah! Closet Cat Fans!
I do hope your dishwasher/TV connection/Car are on the mend quickly!

  9. Awwww, so sweet! If we can't find one or both of our cats at night, to lock them in the laundry, one of them will come to settle down between us during the early hours. But never both cats there at the same time. That would be WW3.
